1. Introduction & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User" or "you") and gem368, an online gambling platform operating under international licensing ("Platform", "we" or "gem368"). 2. Eligibility & Registration

• Not have been previously banned or restricted by gem368.

Each individual is only allowed to register one (1) account. Owning multiple accounts by the same individual, or using another person's account, is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the closure of all accounts involved without any compensation.

gem368 has the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to identification card (MyKad), passport, and bank statements, for the purposes of age verification, identity verification, and compliance with legal requirements related to anti-money laundering.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

gem368 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). We do not charge any processing fees on deposit or withdrawal transactions.

Regarding withdrawals, the following conditions apply:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same account or payment method used for the deposit, for security control and fraud prevention purposes.
• Any active bonus that has not yet met the wagering requirement will prevent a withdrawal from being processed until that requirement is met, or the Player chooses to cancel the bonus.
• gem368 has the right to request additional identity verification before approving any withdrawal, particularly for new accounts or those showing unusual activity patterns.
• Approved withdrawals will be processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The actual duration depends on the payment method and technical factors outside gem368's control.

gem368 has the right to reject or delay withdrawal requests that raise suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, we will notify the Player and may request additional supporting documents.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

gem368 offers various bonus programmes to Players. All bonuses are subject to specific conditions set for each promotion. By accepting any bonus, the Player agrees to comply with those conditions.

Regarding the Welcome Bonus:

• gem368 offers a welcome bonus of 100% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM1,500.
• The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount received.
• Example: A deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM100, making the balance RM200. The wagering requirement is RM100 × 25 = RM2,500.
• Another example: A deposit of RM3,200 gives a bonus of RM1,500, making the balance RM4,700. The wagering requirement is RM1,500 × 25 = RM37,500.

General bonus rules that apply to all promotions:

• Bonuses are for the Player's personal use and cannot be transferred to another account.
• gem368 has the right to cancel bonuses and related winnings if a Player is found to have abused bonuses, including wagering intended to manipulate the wagering requirement.
• Promotions can only be claimed once unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion's conditions.
• gem368 has the right to modify or end any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Game Rules

gem368 offers various game categories including online slots, live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo), sports betting, sportsbook, esports, virtual sports, and online poker. Each game category has specific rules and policies that apply.

• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing with Real Money.
• Game results are final once a round or bet has been completed. No appeals will be accepted regarding game results that have been correctly processed by the system.
• In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during an active round, gem368 will process all affected bets in accordance with the policy set by the relevant game provider.
• The use of automated software (bots), unauthorised artificial assistance tools, or any method that attempts to manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.

gem368's maximum liability to any Player under any circumstances shall not exceed the value of the deposit held in the relevant account at the time the claim is made.
